Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were beautifully done by the housekeeping, spacious, and adorned with vibrant Goan and Portuguese colors. However, the late-night loud music was a minor disturbance.
The hotel is set in a really nice area, providing a luxurious nature experience. The rooms exceeded my expectations with their spaciousness around the huge property. The service was efficient, especially around the villas, even if not overly friendly. The location, although pretty good, lacked shopping options nearby but compensated with the green and well-kept surroundings. The dining experience was remarkable, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. The facilities matched the luxurious essence of RadissonBlu Mumbai.
The hotel has wonderfully decorated rooms with a small gallery offering a relaxing seating area, clean and equipped with balconies for enjoying nature, but some areas could use renovation. The service is exceptional with prompt arrangements like providing a buggy for beach visits and demonstrating great hospitality. The location is superb with easy access to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, away from crowded areas. The dining experience offers a good spread of Indian and western options, although some items were missing. The facilities are top-notch, including nice restaurants, spa, gym, and a large swimming pool.
Staying at this hotel was a delight. The spacious and well-ventilated rooms were a huge relief from the usual stereotyped stays at other places. I found myself wanting to return only to this wonderful place. The location, though a little far from the main areas, offered a laid-back vibe perfect for a relaxing vacation.
